I am a hands-on Associate Director of Technology with strong people and team-building skills. In addition to Co-Supervising the internal development team, I enjoy hand coding cross-browser compatible, standards-compliant websites and ipad projects from layered Photoshop files.

I believe collaboration with Art Directors, Project Managers and Account Executives is critical when establishing development requirements and determining the feasibility of digital projects.

As Associate Director of Technology, I manage multiple projects of varying complexity on concurrent timelines. I also co-authored and established the "Creative for Digital Development Handoff Guidelines" with the Director of Technology for all internal brand team Art Directors, increasing development productivity

At Promotions.com I started as a web developer, and advanced through the ranks to become the Director of the Creative Production Department. As Director, I managed the front-end production team responsible for producing all HTML and Flash development for a variety of clients, including Kraft Foods, McDonald's, Hasbro and Razorfish.

While at Promotions.com, I supervised all front-end development for the world's two largest online promotions: McDonald's Monopoly – over 69 million game plays [2004 - 2009] and Subway Scrabble [2009]. I authored and established the company's internal front-end development coding standards, increasing coding efficiency for both front and back end development. I am one part web developer and one part product manager, adept at organizing and prioritizing projects to properly allocate resources ensuring deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.

I am a big picture thinker who pays attention to details and employs an appreciation for analysis. I am highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. I can work in a team environment or independently. I love technology and have a strong desire to explore new languages and expand my skill set.

My Technical Skills include:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, User experience, cross-browser compatibility, Veeva CLM, BBEdit, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Transmit, Subversion, Mac OSX, familiarity with various utility programs
