I am a hands-on Associate Director of Technology with strong people and team-building skills. In addition to Co-Supervising the internal development team, I enjoy hand coding cross-browser compatible, standards-compliant fully responsive websites, HTML5 iPad presentations, and HTML emails from layered Photoshop files.

I believe collaboration with cross-functional teams is critical when establishing development requirements and determining the feasibility of digital projects. That collaboration will assure a successful project.

Fostering a cohesive team and creating a supportive work environment is a crucial part of producing quality work and ensuring continued success. I pride myself on being able to encourage team members to work together well and continue to expand their skill sets.

As Associate Director of Technology, I manage multiple projects of varying complexity on concurrent timelines. I also authored and co-authored various digital tactics and digital development handoff guidelines which increased timeline estimate accuracy and development productivity.

While at Promotions.com, I supervised all front-end development for the world's two largest online promotions: McDonald's Monopoly – over 69 million game plays [2004 - 2009] and Subway Scrabble [2009]. I authored and established the company's internal front-end development coding standards, increasing coding efficiency for both front and back end development.

I am one-part web developer and one-part product manager, adept at organizing and prioritizing projects to properly allocate resources making sure deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.

I am a big picture thinker who pays attention to details and employs an appreciation for analysis. I am highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. I can work in a team environment or independently. I love technology and have a strong desire to explore new languages and expand my skill set.

My Technical Skills include:

User experience, cross-browser compatibility, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Veeva CLM, BBEdit, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Subversion (SVN)
